A dedicated and visionary leader whose professional journey transcends multiple domains including corporate leadership, community engagement, personal development, an international author, experiential speaker and event design – allowing me to make a significant impact wherever I engage.

My mission is to enhance the capabilities of individuals, organizations, and communities through visionary leadership. By focusing on building high-performing cultures and enabling individuals to live their best lives, I use my extensive experience to create significant, enduring impacts that foster growth and excellence in various sectors.

As the founder and CEO of McCahill Collective, I am committed to delivering distinct personal and organizational development programs and coaching tailored to the unique needs of each domain. Organizational development initiatives are designed to create high-performing cultures by harnessing the strengths of team members, exceeding targets, and providing exceptional customer and employee experiences. Personal development programs focus on empowering individuals to break free from stagnation and tap into their innate strengths, enabling them to live their fullest lives. Both equip participants with essential tools and insights, fostering resilience, enhancing emotional intelligence, and developing strategic leadership capabilities to thrive in today’s ever-evolving professional and personal landscapes.

I am involved with the Junior League of Philadelphia. Here I am currently a co-chair of our Education, Volunteer and Training committee that is focused on impactful programs and events aimed at fostering community engagement and leadership among women. Our efforts are designed to align with our mission to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. I am also part of the HerClub Leadership Council, which focuses on demystifying golf for women and motivating them to build their skills, confidence, and interest in the game of golf off the green, so they can maximize opportunities on the green.

My personal journey as a domestic violence survivor deeply influences my narrative, bringing a unique perspective to my workshops and speaking engagements. My journey has had great experiences, not so great and everything in between and fuels my TEDx talk titled “Listening to the Lifeguard: Riding the Undercurrents of Life,” where I draw parallels between life’s challenges and navigating the tumultuous waves at the beach. I discuss the importance of staying aligned with one’s personal “checkpoint” to navigate life’s undercurrents and waves that can either knock us down or propel us forward.

A four-time international bestselling author and international experiential speaker, I leverage my personal experiences and professional expertise to inspire and educate others on overcoming adversity and fostering resilience. My books and talks are crafted not just to share knowledge but to provoke thought and drive change aiming to create a ripple effect of empowerment and enlightenment across the globe. 

My passion for making a meaningful impact in the world is also evident in my love of design where, I specialize in creating enchanting table designs and immersive setups that transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. With an eye for detail and a heart for creating connections, I curate events that are not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful, ensuring every guest feels a sense of wonder and belonging. 

 Through all these roles, I aim to forge paths that encourage healing, strength, and leadership, inspiring others to transform their lives, organization and communities.

The Story Behind The Business

It is deeply personal and shaped by a series of transformative experiences. The significant turning point came during the global pandemic. During this challenging time, I was invited to share my personal experiences on navigating job searches and finding assistance on “60 Minutes.” This was the first time I had fully opened up about my vulnerabilities on such a global stage. The overwhelming response I received from viewers—many of whom I had never met—was both humbling and enlightening. Countless people reached out to express how my story had given them hope and inspired them during their own struggles. This moment of connection affirmed my belief that sharing my journey could have a profound impact on others.

Inspired by this experience, I realized that my path was not just about personal or professional achievement, but also about sharing my journey to help others facing similar challenges. This led me to write and share my stories, each designed to offer insights, lessons, and encouragement. I understood that by being open about my experiences, I could touch lives and contribute to individual and organizational growth.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of developing a diverse set of leadership skills across multiple industries. This has sharpened my ability to build high-performing cultures and envision strategic pathways that enhance organizational success.

From challenges to wins

What is the biggest challenge you faced in your business?

Biggest challenge I’ve faced in my business wasn’t the work itself—it was packaging my natural strengths into a business that could serve others in a sustainable and scalable way. I’ve been coaching people throughout my entire career, guiding teams, creating strategic direction, and helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential. Leadership, development, and vision come naturally to me.

What didn’t come as naturally was turning that intuitive skill set into a business model—deciding how to structure my offerings, price my services, and communicate the value in a way that aligned with both my mission and the marketplace. Translating something that’s so instinctive into a business framework required a shift in mindset. It’s one thing to do what you’re great at; it’s another to build a brand and a business around it.

But that challenge has been part of the growth. It’s helped me become more intentional, more focused, and more aligned with how I can serve others at the highest level—through both purpose and structure.

What are you most proud of regarding your business?

I am most proud of the real, lasting impact it has on people’s lives. Whether it’s helping someone break free from feeling stuck, guiding a team toward building a high-performing culture, or hearing, “Your story gave me hope,” – those moments mean everything to me.

I’m especially proud that I’ve built a business where I can be fully vulnerable—a shift that has been both powerful and essential. For a long time, I led from a place of strength and strategy, but I’ve learned that true connection and transformation happen when we lead with authenticity. Being fully open about my journey has allowed others to feel safe, seen, and inspired to step into their own truth.

My business is a reflection of both my personal evolution and professional expertise. I’ve created something that allows me to bring my whole self—storyteller, strategist, coach, and creative—into every space I enter. And I’m proud that through this work, I’ve built a platform where vulnerability meets vision, and people walk away feeling empowered to take their next bold step.
