I am a Kate Butler retreat junkie.   I’ve truly stopped counting, but I feel this is around #8.  Why come back you might ask?  Didn’t the first one work?  I just chuckle every time I have that conversation.  6 years ago this month I was literally forced to be medicated with severe post-partum depression.  3 years ago I started slowly climbing out of my personal pit of hell.   2 years ago I met Kate Butler and my world began to change.  Throw in a stroke (I’m 38) in the mix just to spice things up and you’ll get a good idea of the hot mess I used to be.  Don’t get me wrong, I am a strong, intelligent, and savvy business woman, but I had definitely lost my way.  With every private coaching session and every retreat I grew and I healed, and my mind and my soul began believing things that I had long ago gave up on.   With Kate’s mentorship and coaching over the last 2 years I have truly found my wings and during this last retreat I really just flew.   I actually told some of my retreat-mates that in hindsight I feel like a butterfly that has spent 2 years working really really hard on my transformation inside my cocoon and this retreat is where the final metamorphosis occurred.   In 48 hours during the retreat I received so much clarity about next steps for my business as well as really finding my purpose.   I was so joyful for the first time in years that someone that I had just met told me she had never seen someone that had such a joyful “resting face.”   Speaking of those amazing women I spent the weekend with – the people Kate attracts to her are reason enough to sign on the dotted line.   I not only have made life long friendships, I have met business collaborators and resources.   I have been back less than a week and already one is working on a new website for me and one has joined me in a business venture.   I did not go in with those intentions.   I went in with an open mind and an open heart.   This is simply the kind of magic that follows Kate around like pixie dust falling from her backside.   Kate Butler and her retreats are transformational – every single one of them.   But had I gone to one, yes, I would have experienced something life changing, but because I kept going back for more, I’m experiencing an alternate universe.   Today I am strong, confident, competent, and ready to share my gifts with the world.

Kate is the best, and when I say the best, I mean THE BEST. I first approached Kate about her coaching program nine months ago. I was at a low point. With a lot of ambition and initiative but absolutely no direction, I found myself wondering what on earth I was doing with my life. Enter Kate! She guided me in accepting my true purpose—and I say “accept” because deep down I already knew, but Kate was instrumental in helping me move past my fear of failure. Kate’s coaching is truly transforming and her most recent retreat was no different. I walked into the weekend with some ideas and goals and walked away with MUCH MUCH more than I could have dreamed. From a feeling of peace and calm to having not only been given the tool but the understanding and confidence to use them to CREATE a better life me my family and myself. The positive and open women I had the pleasure to meet and learn from was an added bonus and so is the fact I have a new group of likeminded “friends” that all have my best interested in mind. I am thankful this opportunity was put in front of me and that I had the courage to grab it.

The photo shoot with Jenn was transformative & amazing. Jenn helped make a person that is not comfortable having their picture taken, feel right at home. The images that came out of our collaboration were truly amazing.
