I am a midwestern farm girl who had no idea that she would become an author, intuitive mentor and channeler. Although I felt the call to be a teacher in my high school years, I ended up enrolling in UW-Platteville’s College of Agriculture. At that time, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but knew that I would concur the world with my Bachelor of Science degree. Then I entered the workforce and received a rude awakening. 

The next thirty years were spent blithering through life. There was a lot of “in and out” of everything because I was reacting to life versus creating it. I was “in and out” of two marriages, family relationships, jobs and depression. Until one day, I received the “ah hah” moment and realization that I was the common denominator to every experience. I had listened to people speak of “awakening” or “transforming”, but I didn’t realize what that meant to me.

My awakening was more like an unwinding. I resisted it, fought it, and thought I was going mad. Things were happening in my house. Objects were physically moving, lights were flashing, and I kept hearing voices – some nice, some not so nice – that I now know to be the voice of the Soul and the voice of the egocentric mind (my personality). While my egocentric mind was duking it out with itself, my Soul voice continued to be subtle, and I began to listen to it. I followed the trail of Soul crumbs – those gold nuggets that kept me going and onto healing. I became addicted to feeling better and was encouraged to write my story. 

My mission is to transform the way a person responds to life experiences while taking responsibility for their own words and actions through simplified methods in my guidebooks, courses, spiritual mentorship programs, and public speaking. My passion is conversing with the Infinite to bring forth that wisdom and put it in a format that anyone can understand and implement their own healing. I don’t want anyone to suffer as I did. Through my own stubbornness and resistance to change, I made it much harder than it had to be. Which is exactly why I quit my job to follow my heart and create a work that would be a guidebook to healing. 

I began writing Finding You IS Finding God, The Interrelationship Between Thought, Universal Law, Soul Agreements, and the Human Experience in 2018. Five years in the making, it is in the hands of my editor now. My writing journey began as a person who was ashamed, afraid, and paralyzed in victimhood. I found myself rewriting chapters because I was healing. I was shedding the shame, anger and blame while rewriting through the eyes of compassion and forgiveness. What began as a story of my life turned into a three-part guidebook: story, fundamentals in Universal Law, and the Stairway to Joy – the “here’s how you do it” conclusion of the book.

This is why I am so passionate about teaching others about feeling, thinking and the emotional response to life is directly related to the environment in which you live – because – you create it – by how you feel, what you think, and how you respond emotionally to both feeling and thought. You get to decide how you feel. You get to decide if you are going to keep that thought or discard it. AND you use the same process for the words spoken to you and the experiences presented to you. You GET to DECIDE how to respond to life.

Ann’s Leadership philosophy

Ann believes in integrity and leading by example. “When you live by integrity, a state of being undivided (in my case, with my soul), I am being true to myself” she explains. “When I am true to myself in an unconditional manner, then it is natural to become a magnet to that which is like itself – meaning I lead by how I live, not by my circumstances.” Digging deeper into this statement means when a person is happy, those around them are happy. They become a magnet to all things happy. 

When Ann is working with a client, she sees past their circumstances (their reality). She sees their true, authentic self just below the surface of fact. Additionally, she sees the beauty within themselves that at the present, they are unable to see. She is able to bring truth forward (provided by their soul), so they may observe it, process it, and take the necessary steps to heal. This is the precise opportunity for the client to transform should they choose to do the work.

Bringing wisdom and truth to channel clearing

Ann has two superpowers: wisdom and truth. They go together and are evident during a Channel Clearing session. She draws upon the wisdom of the Universe and bring forth truth so that it may be observed and viewed through the lens of curiosity. She contains the wisdom of many lifetimes, and as she grows in spirit, more of this wisdom is revealed to her. This exhilarates Ann as she has a portal of education to draw from. She finds this fascinating and humbling, fascinated by what comes forth and humbled that she can tap into a vast portal of knowledge. When she writes, she often says to herself, “that’s not me writing this”, yet it is.

Important message from ann and her life

As I allowed life to happen to me, my true authentic self was unraveling at my core. Than, as I began clearing my mind of negative thought and limited beliefs that morphed into outdated paradigms, I realized the impact I had on my own life. I began to understand that by communicating with my own soul, I could also do the same for others. I began to believe in myself and how my gift, Channel Clearing, could place others on the fast track to transformation. I was clearing a path to return to my soul, and I could do it for others too. I was no longer hitting the snooze button and checking out upon waking. I believe I have a profound impact on those who feel stuck or are suffering needlessly by completing a reading (letter to the soul) and handing them their tailor made prescription to heal. The prescription provided by the soul keeps the client feeling held and supported long after the healing, however, it is up to the client to follow the prescription and do the therapy required to heal. The healing comes from within the individual. My job is to be the “minister” who delivers the message and become the teacher and mentor when needed.

the godmother of energetic shifts

Ann is the Godmother of Energetic Shifts. Cinderella’s fairy godmother provided the tools for Cinderella to get to the ball in a knockout, luminous, ball gown. In turn, it was Cinderella’s duty to keep her focus on her dream, utilize the tools the fairy godmother provided and be the belle of the ball.

While Ann is unable to turn your clothes into a knockout, luminous wardrobe, she can provide the tools for others to feel like a knockout, luminous human being. To Ann, there is nothing more magical than to observe an individual shift. She see it in their eyes, and finds it magical. Even greater still, she believes, is to hear back from the client who has maintained that shift by utilizing the prescription their soul provided. “That is a miracle, and we all have the power to create our own miracles every day if we stay centered and aligned with the Soul” Ann explains. She is the Godmother of Energetic Shifts that can create such an environment for others to succeed in joy and be luminous.    

From challenges to wins

What is the biggest challenge you faced in your business?

The biggest challenge in my business is owning my gift. It has been too easy to hide. It is easy to write and speak a statement like this: I am an inspirational leader in transformation, mindset, the Laws of the Universe and a channeler of Divine Energy. I can write it. I can say it. Bottom line – I must believe and have faith in myself to see my own truth. I must own it and I must love myself first. Then and only then, will I impact the lives of others. 

I have been working on my own transformation from fear to joy over the past ten years. I will never be complete in transforming because I am constantly changing and becoming more than I ever imagined I could be. I now know that fear is the only thing keeping me prisoner in my own reality. I now know that fear is merely a pirating thought keeping me from my vision. It’s just a story, and a fictious one at that. When I stopped believing the lies I was telling myself, I found the courage to move forward. Now I am eager to be the channel of the Soul and to teach transformation. 

What are you most proud of regarding your business?

I am most proud of taking ownership of my gift of Channel Clearing, owning that I channel the Infinite, and to share my experiences of transformation. I believe in my authenticity and transparency. I have a full portfolio of life experiences to assist others who may be going through similar situations. This makes me relatable and real. I am not fearful of admitting I have made mistakes and poor choices. These situations became opportunities to choose differently, choose better and ultimately the choice to feel better, even great! I am like the fairy Godmother of Energetic Shifts! I can take you there, but you must do the work to heal and move forward fearlessly. In life, we all must take action and SHOW UP.

Ann resides on a dairy farm with the love of her life who farms with his son and growing family. She is a mother and grandmother who adores spending time with family, in nature, gardening and taking long walks with her dogs.
